Then, I “upgraded” (or “downgraded” depending on your idea) to Gmail - both iOS app and Gmail web client. Even though it was (and it still is) very powerful. I started with Apple Mail, but in no time I understood that it missed some key features. I didn’t like using Outlook because it was too huge for my young mind. When I moved from my Windows laptop a few years ago to a mac, I first fell in love with using an email client. For me, email is a great way to connect, and I need to check it to make sure that I don’t get myself lost. I am sure that there are people that can vouch for different ways to handle their email. My own delegation methods and an easy framework - if I can answer now, I do. I process my emails rather quickly with my own shortcuts. This happens not only because I don’t get that many emails, but also because of choice. I don’t spend 99% of my time with my head buried on my email.
